The Burggrafbach is a 0.9 kilometer long right tributary of the Kainach in Styria .

The Burggrafbach arises in the southwestern part of the municipality Kainach near Voitsberg , in the western part of the cadastral municipality Kohlschwarz , northwest of the Reinthalerhof farm on the southeast slope of the Hemmerberg . It flows first in a left and then in a right curve, before flowing relatively straight to the east. Overall, the Burggrafbach flows east. In the west of the Kohlschwarz cadastral community, it flows south-south-east of the main town of Kainach near Voitsberg, northeast of the Reinthalerhof farm, south of the Kögerl settlement and north of Afling about 100 meters west of the L341 into the Kainach. On its course, the Burggrafbach takes on one unnamed watercourse from the left and two from the right.
