Busso Bartels

Friedrich Heinrich Hermann Remigius Busso Bartels (born August 10, 1880 in Langendorf ; † March 24, 1944 ibid) was a German administrative lawyer and landowner.

Life

Bartels studied law in Göttingen , where he became a member of the Corps Saxonia in 1901 . From 1917 to 1920 he was the district administrator of the Weißenfels district . Later he managed his estate Langendorf near Weißenfels (275 ha). He also owned the Schlüsselburg manor (225 ha) in the Minden district. He was killed in a bomb attack on Langendorf in March 1944. His manor Langendorf was expropriated in 1945 as part of the land reform.
