Wolfgang von der Groeben

Wolfgang von der Groeben (born December 30, 1937 in Berlin ) is a German administrative lawyer and ministerial official.

Life

Peter von der Groebens Sohn studied law at the Georg-August University in Göttingen . On July 25, 1958, he was reciprocated in the Corps Saxonia Göttingen . When he was inactive , he switched to the Christian Albrechts University in Kiel and the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer . In 1968 he joined the state service of North Rhine-Westphalia . He worked for the government in Arnsberg , the Soest district and the Ministry of the Interior of North Rhine-Westphalia . In 1993 he moved to Schwerin as a ministerial advisor . He was director and member of the Senate of the State Audit Office of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania . Retired in 2002, he lives in Düsseldorf . He is involved in the Order of St. John and in the St. John Accident Aid . He was co-editor of the Deutsche Corpszeitung for five years and sat on the full committee of the Association of Old Corps Students from 2010-2017 . On the 70th anniversary of the assassination attempt on July 20, 1944 , he gave a commemorative speech at the Plötzensee memorial in honor of the executed conspirators. 2011-2016 he sat as treasurer on the board of the association for corps student historical research . He has been married to Ulrike born in 1987. Crux. The marriage has two sons.
