Cédric Hervé (born November 14, 1979 in Dinan ) is a former French cyclist .

Cédric Hervé began his career in 2002 with the French cycling team Crédit Agricole . After four unsuccessful years, he moved to the Continental Team Bretagne-Jean Floc'h in 2006 . First of all, he finished second in the Picardy Tour and was also second in the overall standings. Two weeks later he won the one-day race GP de Plumelec-Morbihan . In 2007 he switched to the Professional Continental Team Agritubel , for which he competed in the 2007 Tor de France , but in which he had to leave the race after the 8th stage because the waiting period was exceeded .
