César da Cruz

Cesar José da Cruz is an East Timorese politician and civil servant.

Career

Cruz was previously Director General for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, when he was appointed the newly created State Secretary for Region IV ( Bobonaro , Cova Lima , Liquiçá ) in the First Government of East Timor by Prime Minister Marí Bin Amude Alkatiri on July 26, 2005 . With the arrival of the second government under José Ramos-Horta , Cruz had to hand over his office to Lino de Jesus Torrezão .

On November 5, 2015, Cruz became Secretary General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries .
