CAS International Squash Championship 2019

The CAS International Squash Championship 2019 took place from April 1-5, 2019 in Islamabad , Pakistan . The men's squash tournament was part of the PSA World Tour 2018/19 and belonged to the PSA Challenger Tour 30 category . At the same time, a women's tournament was held, which was part of the 2018/19 PSA World Tour for women and belonged to the PSA Challenger Tour 10 category .

Mostafa Asal first prevailed against top seeded Greg Lobban in the semi-finals before defeating second seeded Youssef Soliman in the final with 8:11, 7:11, 11: 2, 11: 1 and 11: 7. Farida Mohamed , who was defeated in the final of the tournament last year , won the women’s race . She won the final against Cindy Merlo 11: 8, 9:11, 11: 9 and 11: 5.

The field of participants in the men's competition consisted of 24 players. The eight best players were seeded and given a bye in the first round. Per Wildcard received Waqas Mehboob a spot in the main draw.

At the tournament, the following prize money and world ranking points were paid out or credited for reaching the respective round. The amounts are not to be understood as cumulative. The total prize pool was $ 28,000.
