Greg Lobban (born August 12, 1992 in Inverness ) is a Scottish squash player .

Career

Greg Lobban began his career in 2012 and has won eleven titles on the PSA World Tour to date . He achieved his best placement in the world rankings with 22nd place in April 2020. In 2013 he was Scottish national champion. With the Scottish national team , he took part in the World Cup in 2013 , 2017 and 2019 , as well as several European Championships . With Alan Clyne he became world champion in doubles in 2016 . At the Commonwealth Games 2018 he narrowly missed a medal in doubles alongside Alan Clyne after defeats in the semi-finals and in the bronze medal.

In 2014 Lobban graduated from Edinburgh Napier University with a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science (Sports Coaching) . In April 2018, after the Commonwealth Games, he married the Australian squash player Donna Urquhart in Australia .
