Alan Kevin Clyne (born July 25, 1986 in Inverness ) is a Scottish squash player .

Career

Alan Clyne graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a degree in Physical Education in 2007 .

He then began his career and has so far won eight titles on the PSA World Tour . He achieved his best position in the world rankings with rank 24 in November 2017. Between 2008 and 2020 he was Scottish national champion ten times. With the Scottish national team he participated in world championships in 2005 , 2007 , 2009 , 2011 , 2013 , 2017 and 2019 . With Greg Lobban he became world champion in doubles in 2016 .

On July 14, 2018, he married Olivia Blatchford , who is also active as a squash player.
