Ammar Altamimi (born September 12, 1988 in Kuwait City ) is a Kuwaiti squash player .

Career

Ammar Altamimi started his professional career in 2009 on the PSA World Tour and has won one title so far. He reached his highest place in the world rankings with rank 78 in May 2014. In 2013 he qualified for the first time for the main draw of the world championship , in the first round of which he was defeated by Stephen Coppinger in three sets. With the Kuwaiti national team he took part in the World Cup in 2013 and 2019 . At the Asian Games in 2014 he won the bronze medal with this.

He has a bachelor's degree in education and also works as a teacher.
