The CTR Fahrzeugtechnik GmbH is a company of the automotive industry and geography with a focus on promotional vehicles and mobile sales systems for the beverage and food industry, headquartered in Osann-Monzel . The company is one of the leading manufacturers of serving trolleys in Germany. The serving trolleys and special, promotional vehicles from CTR Fahrzeugtechnik GmbH are exported worldwide. CTR Fahrzeugtechnik GmbH delivered the vehicles for one of the largest promotional campaigns in Germany. In 2007, free copies and a special edition of BILD were distributed nationwide by a total of 400 promoters in medium-sized and large cities. CTR built the well-known Bild promotion mobile.
history
The company was founded on June 1, 1990 in Wehlen ( Bernkastel-Kues ). In 1992, today's company premises in Osann-Monzel were acquired. 38,000 m² of company premises with 9,500 m² of covered business and production rooms. In 1998 CTR Fahrzeugtechnik GmbH was awarded the innovation prize of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate (then endowed with DM 100,000) . More than 39 patents, registered designs and utility models had been registered by 2010.
Patents
Since the first day of production in 1990, CTR has designed and developed at least two new models a year. Thanks to the stimulation of numerous close customer contacts and a keen sense of trends, a total of 39 patents, registered designs and utility models were created. In addition to serving trolleys and refrigerated vehicles, the product range also includes mobile sales units for outdoor and indoor catering and promotional vehicles.
education
At CTR-Fahrzeug we also pay attention to the qualified youngsters. For years, training and further education in the professions of body and vehicle construction mechanic, car painter and warehouse management as well as office clerks have been offered. In its 21-year history, CTR has presented the chamber winner several times, two state winners and even once the 2nd national winner. In 2008 Michael Schneider was honored as the second national winner in the competitive occupation "Body and vehicle construction mechanic, FR: vehicle construction technology" in the performance competition of the German craft .
In 2011, the journeyman Markus Graf was named the best journeyman in his field because he scored particularly well with particularly good test results in the vehicle construction trade.
social commitment
CTR Vehicles integrates activities that support German education and culture, as well as sport, and is thus committed to society. In addition to the support and further training of the staff, the company promotes young talents from the sport or the art and culture of Germany. In 2011, CTR vehicles supported the SV Mehring youth teams by providing new jerseys and balls.
