Caille Island (also: Île de Caille ) is a privately owned, privately owned, uninhabited island in the Lesser Antilles in the Caribbean between Grenada and St. Vincent, which belongs to Grenada .

The island belongs to the stretch of island that stretches north from the northern tip of Grenada. Only a narrow bay separates the island from Ronde Island to the north . The island itself is fully developed and there are some buildings on the west coast. The north coast stretches relatively straight from west to east, while the coastline is heavily bulged to the east, south and west. In the southeast of the island, the headlands enclose Whale Bay . The island consists of dark volcanic rock and only rises to over 40 m in the extreme northeast .
Eight kilometers to the west is the active submarine volcano Kick-'em-Jenny .
