The company Cairo For Development and Cars Manufacturing (short CDCM ), and Center of Development and Commerce Wagih Abaza (CDC), based in Cairo was of Wagih Abaza in in 1976, Egypt established to Peugeot -Automobile manufacture and distribute. The assembly itself was at least partially carried out by the Arab American Vehicles plant .

The Peugeot Pars Tus has been assembled by Iran Khodro since 2007 . In 2011 the company was converted into a joint venture.
