Cam Nancarrow
Cam Nancarrow (born April 9, 1945 in Sydney ) is a former Australian squash player .
Career
Cam Nancarrow began his professional career in 1973, having previously enjoyed great success as an amateur. As early as 1967 he reached the final of the British Open , which he lost to Geoff Hunt in three sets. Ten years later, in 1977, he was able to reach the final one more time, but was defeated again by Geoff Hunt, this time in four sets. With the Australian national team , he won the world championship four times between 1967 and 1973 .
After his career ended, he moved to Queensland , where he worked as a furniture restorer. He is a member of the Squash Australia Hall of Fame .
