Camilla Werner

Camilla Werner (born May 14, 1949 in Berlin ) is a German politician ( Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen ) and former member of the Berlin House of Representatives .

After graduating from secondary school, Camilla Werner completed an apprenticeship as an administrative clerk for the higher service and worked for the Berlin Senate Department until 1977. She passed the Abitur examination in 1979 on the second path of education. She then studied political science and law at the Free University of Berlin with a degree in political science in 1986. She worked at the university until 1991 and then moved to the Brandenburg Ministry of the Environment until 1994. She then worked for party-affiliated institutions of Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen.

Werner was a member of the Zehlendorf district assembly for her party from 1995 to 1999 , and from 1997 as parliamentary group leader. From 1999 to 2001 she held a mandate in the House of Representatives.
