Attiches is a French commune with 2,275 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Nord in the region of Hauts-de-France . It belongs to the arrondissement of Lille and is part of the canton of Templeuve (until 2015: canton of Pont-à-Marcq ). The inhabitants are called Attichois .

geography

Attiches is located about twelve kilometers south-southwest of Lille . Attiches is surrounded by the neighboring communities Seclin in the north and northwest, Avelin in the east and northeast, Tourmignies in the east and southeast, Mons-en-Pévèle in the southeast, Thumeries and La Neuville in the south and Phalempin in the west.
