The canton of Pont-à-Marcq was a French constituency in the arrondissement of Lille , in the Nord department and in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region, which existed until 2015 . Its main town was Pont-à-Marcq . From 2011, Jean-Marie Ruant ( PS ) was the representative in the Department's General Council .
