The canton of Bailleul-Sud-Ouest was a French canton in the Arrondissement Dunkerque , in the Département Nord and in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region until 2015 . Its main town was Bailleul . The last representative on the General Council was Michel Gilloen ( PS ) from 2008 to 2015 .
