The canton of Carnières is a former until 2015 existing French constituency in Arrondissement of Cambrai , in Nord and in the region of Nord-Pas-de-Calais ; its main town was Carnières . Delphine Bataille ( PS ) was the representative in the Department's General Council from 2004 onwards . The canton Carnières had 18,959 inhabitants in 2012.
