The District of Le Quesnoy-Ouest was 2015 a French canton in the Arrondissement Avesnes-sur-Helpe , in the Nord and in the region of Nord-Pas-de-Calais ; its main town was Le Quesnoy . René Locoche was the last representative on the Department's General Council from 2001 to 2015.
