Orsinval is a community of 548 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the French department of Nord in the region of Hauts-de-France . It belongs to the canton of Avesnes-sur-Helpe (until 2015 canton Le Quesnoy-Ouest ) in the arrondissement of Avesnes-sur-Helpe . It borders on Villers-Pol to the west and north , Frasnoy to the east and Le Quesnoy to the south .

The former route nationale 351 begins in Orsinval . The village is also passed by the former Route nationale 45 .
