Bettrechies is a French municipality with 252 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in Nord in the region of Hauts-de-France . It belongs to the canton of Aulnoye-Aymeries (until 2015 canton Bavay ) in the arrondissement of Avesnes-sur-Helpe . It borders Belgium to the west, Gussignies to the north, Bellignies to the east, Saint-Waast to the south and La Flamengrie to the southwest .
