Prisches borders the Aisne department in the south . The neighboring municipalities in the north department are Le Favril in the west, Maroilles in the north-west, Grand-Fayt in the north, Petit-Fayt in the north-east and Beaurepaire-sur-Sambre in the east. The Rivièrette river crosses the municipality. The former Route nationale 364 leads via Prisches.
