Career
Marjin, who was born in Moscow , began his career in the youth academy of HK CSKA Moscow . However, he played his first adult games at the third-rate SKA Sverdlovsk in the Wtoraja League . In 1984 he moved to Salawat Julajew Ufa , with whom he won the Pervaya League , at that time the second highest Soviet league, in 1985 and was promoted to the Wysschaya League , in which he was on the ice for the club from the capital of Bashkortostan until 1987 . He then returned to his hometown and played for HK Spartak Moscow until the end of 1992 , with whom he won the Spengler Cup in 1989 and 1990 . At the turn of the year 1992/93 he left his Russian homeland for the first time and joined the EC Graz from the Austrian ice hockey league , with which he became Austrian runner-up. After the end of the season he returned to Russia and played for two years for the HK Lada Tolyatti , with whom he won the International Hockey League in 1994 , which was the first time the Soviet or Russian title went to a team that did not come from Moscow. In the following season he was elected to the All-Star Team of the Eastern Conference of the International Hockey League. In 1995 he moved to Krylya Sowetow Moscow , where he stayed for only one year, like SKA Saint Petersburg and Kristall Elektrostal . From 1998 to 2000 he let his career end with Alba Volán Székesfehérvár in the Hungarian ice hockey league, where he won the Hungarian championship title with the club in 1999 .
