The 1993/94 season was the second season of the International Hockey League ( Russian Межнациональная хоккейная лига / Meschnazionalnaja Chokkejnaja Liga ). HK Lada Tolyatti secured the championship title in the league and in the cup .

Main round

mode

The 24 teams of the International Hockey League played against each other in a common main round, with each team playing 46 season games. The 16 best-placed teams eventually qualified for the play-offs. Each team received two points for a win, one point for a draw and zero points for a defeat.

Note: Since Torpedo Ust-Kamenogorsk and Sokol Kiew withdrew their teams after the main round due to the participation of Kazakhstan and Ukraine respectively , Metallurg Cherepovets moved into the Play-offs after.
