Moustier-en-Fagne ( Flemish : Veenmunster ) is a commune in northern France . It belongs to the Hauts-de-France region , the Nord department , the Avesnes-sur-Helpe arrondissement and the Fourmies canton (until 2015 the Trélon canton ). It borders in the north on Eppe-Sauvage , in the east on Belgium , in the south on Baives and Wallers-en-Fagne and in the west on Trélon .
