Jolimetz is a commune in northern France . It belongs to the Hauts-de-France region , the Nord department , the Avesnes-sur-Helpe arrondissement and the Avesnes-sur-Helpe canton ( canton Le Quesnoy-Est until 2015 ). It borders on Potelle to the west and north-west , Villereau to the north-east, Locquignol to the south-east and Louvignies-Quesnoy (point of contact) to the south-west .
