Villers-Pol is a French commune with 1,276 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Nord in the region of Hauts-de-France . It belongs to the canton of Avesnes-sur-Helpe (until 2015 canton Le Quesnoy-Ouest ) in the arrondissement of Avesnes-sur-Helpe .
The former Route nationale 45 leads via Villers-Pol.

Villers-Pol borders on Préseau to the north-west, Curgies to the north, Jenlain to the north-east, Frasnoy to the east, Orsinval to the south-east, Le Quesnoy to the south, Ruesnes to the south-west and Sepmeries and Maresches to the west .
