Bersillies is a French commune in the Nord in the region of Hauts-de-France . It belongs to the canton of Maubeuge ( canton Maubeuge-Nord until 2015 ) in the arrondissement of Avesnes-sur-Helpe . It borders in the north-west on Bettignies , in the north-east on Villers-Sire-Nicole , in the south-east on Élesmes and in the south-west on Mairieux .
