Ruesnes is bordered by Sepmeries to the northwest , Villers-Pol to the northeast, Le Quesnoy to the east, Beaudignies to the south, Capelle to the southwest and Bermerain to the west .
By the municipality district the railway line leading Aulnoye-Aymeries to Valenciennes . The nearest train station is in Le Quesnoy .
