The District of Le Quesnoy-Est was 2015 a French canton in the Arrondissement Avesnes-sur-Helpe , in the Nord and in the region of Nord-Pas-de-Calais ; its main town was Le Quesnoy . Michel Manesse was the last representative on the Department's General Council from 2008 to 2015.
