The Canton Dunkerque-Est was 2015 a French constituency in Arrondissement of Dunkirk , in the Nord and in the region of Nord-Pas-de-Calais . Its main town was Dunkerque . Alain Vanwaefelghem ( PS ) was the last representative on the Department's General Council from 2011 to 2015 .
