The canton of Valenciennes-Nord was a French canton in the Arrondissement Valenciennes , in the Département Nord and in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region until 2015 . Its main town was Valenciennes . Jean-Claude Dulieu ( PCF ) was the last representative on the Department's General Council from 2011 to 2015 .
