The canton of Lannoy is a former French canton in the arrondissement of Lille , in the Nord department and in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region , which existed until 2015 . Its main town was Lannoy . Joëlle Cottenye ( NC ) was the representative in the Department's General Council from 2011 .
