Vieux-Mesnil is a commune in the French department of Nord in the region of Hauts-de-France . It belongs to the canton of Aulnoye-Aymeries (until 2015 canton of Berlaimont ) in the arrondissement of Avesnes-sur-Helpe . It borders in the northwest on La Longueville , in the northeast on Feignies and Neuf-Mesnil (point of contact), in the east on Hautmont , in the southeast in Boussières-sur-Sambre , in the south on Pont-sur-Sambre and in the west on Hargnies .
