Neuf-Mesnil is a commune in northern France . It belongs to the Hauts-de-France region , the Nord department , the Avesnes-sur-Helpe arrondissement and the Aulnoye-Aymeries canton (until 2015: Hautmont canton ). The inhabitants are called Neufmesnilois .

geography

Neuf-Mesnil is about 30 kilometers east-southeast of Valenciennes . Neuf-Mesnil is surrounded by the neighboring communities Feignies in the north, Maubeuge in the east, Louvroil in the south-east, Hautmont in the south and Vieux-Mesnil in the west and south-west.

The National Route 2 runs through the municipality.
