Villers-en-Cauchies is a French village with 1,248 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Nord in the region of Hauts-de-France ; it belongs to the Arrondissement of Cambrai and the canton of Caudry (until 2015: canton of Carnières ).

Villers-en-Cauchies is about twelve kilometers east-northeast of Cambrai . Villers-en-Cauchies is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Haspres in the north, Saulzoir in the east and northeast, Saint-Aubert in the south and southeast, Avesnes-les-Aubert in the south and southwest, Rieux-en-Cambrésis in the southwest, Iwuy in the west as well Avesnes-le-Sec in the northwest.
