Villers-en-Cauchies is about twelve kilometers east-northeast of Cambrai . Villers-en-Cauchies is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Haspres in the north, Saulzoir in the east and northeast, Saint-Aubert in the south and southeast, Avesnes-les-Aubert in the south and southwest, Rieux-en-Cambrésis in the southwest, Iwuy in the west as well Avesnes-le-Sec in the northwest.
