The Communauté d'agglomération de Cambrai is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté d'agglomération in the department of Nord in the region of Hauts-de-France . It was founded on January 1, 2017 and comprises 55 parishes. The administrative headquarters are in the city of Cambrai .

Historical development

The community association was created as of January 1, 2017 through the merger of the predecessor organizations

• Communauté d'agglomération de Cambrai (before 2017) and
• Communauté de communes de la Vacquerie .

Despite having the same name as the previous organization, it is a start-up with a different legal personality.
