Neuville-Saint-Remy is a French village with 3803 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Nord in the region of Hauts-de-France ; it belongs to the Arrondissement of Cambrai and the Canton of Cambrai . The inhabitants are called Neuvillois .

geography

Neuville-Saint-Rémy is a banlieue in the north and north-west of Cambrai on the Scheldt Canal . Neuville-Saint-Rémy is surrounded by the neighboring communities Tilloy-lez-Cambrai in the north, Cambrai in the south and east and Raillencourt-Sainte-Olle in the west.

The former Route nationale 43 (today's Départementstrasse 2643) and the former Route nationale 39 run through the municipality .
