Santes is a French municipality with 5724 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in Nord in the region of Hauts-de-France . It belongs to the arrondissement of Lille and the canton of Lille-6 ( canton of Haubourdin until 2015 ).

Neighboring municipalities of Santes are Hallennes-lez-Haubourdin in the north, Haubourdin in the east, Houplin-Ancoisne in the southeast, Gondecourt in the south, Wavrin in the west and Beaucamps-Ligny in the northwest.
