Genech (NDL .: "Genst") is a French municipality with 2,702 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Nord in the region of Hauts-de-France . It belongs to the arrondissement of Lille and the canton of Templeuve (until 2015 canton of Cysoing ).
