Camille Wilson (born February 12, 1995 in Petaluma , California ) is a Filipino - American national soccer player .

Life

Wilson was born in Petaluma , California , the daughter of an American and a Filipino woman . She lives with her family in neighboring Novato , California, where she grew up. Wilson is attending Marin Catholic High School in Kentfield , Marin County , California and is expected to graduate in Spring 2014.

Career

In the club

Wilson started her career at the age of 11 with Marin FC, a club based in Greenbrae , California . She also plays at Marin Catholic High School , where she is part of the Wildcats Women Soccer Team. Wilson also plays in the local Novato Youth Soccer Association selection.

National team

Wilson has been part of the regular squad for the Philippines U-19s since 2010 and was nominated for the first time for the Philippine women's national football team in the spring of 2011 at the age of only 16 . She made her unofficial debut in a test match as part of a training camp on November 27, 2012 at Titan Stadium in Fullerton , California as part of the Viking Cup. She made her official international debut on May 27, 2013 in the AFC Asian Cup qualification against the Thai national soccer team .
