The Canari River (also: River Canari ) is a river on the west coast of Dominica in the Parish of Saint George .

geography

The Canari River rises with several main spring streams on the northwest slope of the Morne Anglais ( Paradis ). The Gillon River, which runs south, and the source streams of the Roseau River system to the north have their source in the vicinity . The mountain slopes drop much more gently at this point than at the River Gillon. The source streams flow through Giraudel ( Maichaf Estate , Bully Estate , Ridgefield Estate , Morne Vrai Estate (Corbet)) and only unite in the lowlands, near Badineau . From there, the river still flows through Castle Comfort Estate , where he formerly an old mill ( old Mill had driven), and then ends in the area of Wall House in the Caribbean Sea .
