The Canoe River ( English for "Canoe River") forms the approximately 40 km long runoff of Canoe Lake to Lac Île-à-la-Crosse in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan .

The river leaves Canoe Lake on its northeast bank. It flows in a predominantly northeastern direction. He takes the Apps River from the left. The Saskatchewan Highway 155 crosses the river in front of its mouth on the west bank of the Lac Île-à-la-Crosse through which the Churchill River flows .
