The Canterbury Spur is a flattened mountain ridge in Marie Byrd Land, West Antarctica . In the Ohio Range of the Horlick Mountains , it extends 2.1 km east of Discovery Ridge from the northern flank of Mount Glossopteris in a northerly direction.

The United States Geological Survey mapped it on the basis of its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1958 to 1959. The New Zealand Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it on May 2, 1985 after the Canterbury Museum in Christchurch , New Zealand , whose geologists Jane Newman and Margaret Bradshaw explored the ridge between 1984 and 1985.
