The Cape Drakon ( English , Russian Мыс Дракон Mys Drakon , German 'Drachenkap' ) is a cape on the Ingrid Christensen coast of the East Antarctic Princess Elisabeth Land . It lies 2.5 km southeast of the eastern end of Ranvik Island and forms the eastern of the two arms of the Macey Peninsula .
Scientists on a Soviet Antarctic expedition mapped it and named it in 1956. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia translated this name into English in 1991.
