The Capital Bank - GRAWE Gruppe AG is the private and investment bank in the financial group of Grazer Wechselseiten Versicherung AG with headquarters in Graz and branches in Vienna , Salzburg , Kitzbühel and Klagenfurt .
Capital Bank is the first bank in Austria to offer performance-based fee-based advice in private banking. H. All commission ( kick-backs , retrocessions ) are disclosed to the customer and credited to his deposit, he pays the bank a fee in return, but only if the deposit is positive.

Current situation
Capital Bank is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank Burgenland and one of Austria's leading private banks. The Capital Bank is the private and investment bank in the Grazer Wechselseiten Versicherung AG (GRAWE) group and belongs to the GRAWE banking group . It focuses on the core competencies of investment advice , asset management , wealth management and family office . The assets under management at the end of 2019 amounted to 18.6 billion euros. It has 5 locations and thus reaches the whole of Germany. [5]
