Capuns is the name of a traditional dish from the canton of Graubünden ( Switzerland ).

It is in Mangold sheets (typically is cut Mangold used) or lettuce leaves wound package from Spätzle , the herbs and cut into small pieces Salsiz or Bündnerfleisch is enriched. Capuns are boiled in milk water. Depending on the recipe, they are also baked with mountain cheese . This is served with a sauce made from the milk water (half milk and bouillon ). The cut chard leaves are also called capun leaves in the Bündner (Swiss) vernacular.
