Caput (rapper)
Caput (born April 19, 1983 in Iserlohn ; real name Soner Duman ) is a German rapper of Turkish descent. His stage name is an ananym from Tupac .
biography
According to Caput, he started breakdancing and rapping at a young age . He graduated from secondary school and then completed a three-year training course in the hotel trade. Together with some friends he founded the rap crew Eye 4 Eye and produced songs in a home studio. In the spring of 2003 Caput sent a demo tape to "Optik Records", whereupon Kool Savas , the founder of "Optik Records", signed him. In 2004 he brought out an EP called "Sieben" on the label . The mixtape Die Caputte Sicht followed in 2005 . In the same year he had a so-called beef with Eko Fresh and responded to his track Die Abrechnung with the song Ich geb n 'Fuck , which was distributed free of charge on the Internet.
In 2008 his first solo album Caputalismus was released on Optik Records . After several freetracks in 2011, his second solo album “Heisses Eizen” was released on October 28, 2011. In addition, videos were made for the songs “Fast too krass” and “Before I freeze to death”. In February 2012 he announced his 3rd solo album "Uncaputbar" for the summer of this year. A video was shot for the single of the same name, which premiered in two versions on February 24, 2012 on the Caput YouTube channel (EizenwaldTV). A dubstep version and a hip hop version of the track were uploaded. In 2013, Caput and Eko Fresh were reconciled again.
His fourth solo album, Intensiv - Mit mir oder gegen mich , made it to number 99 in the German album charts and thus represents the rapper's first position as a solo artist.
