The Carib River is a short river on the northern tip of Dominica . It rises southwest of Pennville and flows east, past Penville in the Parish Saint Andrew and flows south of the settlement into the Caribbean Sea after a steep descent . The river is only about 1.2 km long. The catchment area of the Demitrie River connects to the north and the catchment area of the L'Autre Bord River to the south .
