Carina Aulenbrock (born September 22, 1994 in Bad Laer ) is a German volleyball player .

Career

Carina Aulenbrock began her career at the age of nine in her hometown at SV Bad Laer . In 2008 she was promoted to the regional league. Later the diagonal attacker, whose older sister Christine also plays volleyball, joined the VC Olympia Berlin junior team . She was appointed to the German U18 national team for the first time to qualify for the European Championship in January 2011. In 2013 Carina Aulenbrock moved to the German champions Schweriner SC but was unable to earn a regular position in the following two seasons and was rarely used. For the 2015/16 season she moved to the newly promoted NawaRo Straubing . After Straubing's relegation in 2016, Aulenbock played for two years in the 2nd Bundesliga South and rose again to the first division after the runner-up in 2018. At the last second division home game on March 24, 2018, Aulenbrock suffered a cruciate ligament rupture and was out for a long time.
